VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, certified checks, money order or personal checks (which may be held until cleared). $10.00 minimum order. If paying by charge card we will require charge card number, expiration date, complete billing address and the CVV2 code on the back of the card. Due to increasing fraud, some foreign orders may require additional documentation to process your order.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Moss Motors reserves the right to correct any typographical errors.
SHIPPING
Domestic orders received Monday through Friday by 3:00 p.m. local time are normally shipped the same day.
We will ship by ground unless Air Delivery is specified.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico please use 2nd Day or Next Day Delivery only - add $7 to chart. (Delivery times not guaranteed.)
State Sales Tax: Orders shipped to California and Virginia will be charged state sales tax.
Each shipment will reflect the appropriate shipping, handling and insurance charges, listed on the chart below, dependent upon the parts value in each shipment.
Oversize Shipments & Heavy Shipments: Shipments under $1,200 and over 130" length plus girth will be charged actual freight. Items that are oversized, that must go by dimensional weight, or are exceptionally heavy may have supplemental shipping charges. If supplemental shipping is going to be charged, you will be notified for approval, before we ship your order. Supplemental shipping charges will be charged on free shipping orders.
Items that are too heavy or large for our parcel services will be shipped truck freight collect. Truck freight orders must be paid in advance by credit card or certified check. Freight charges must be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. A single truck freight item on a multiple item order will result in the entire order being shipped via truck.
Shipping costs are charged on a per box shipment basis. If you place an order with us that can't be filled at just one warehouse, we will ship from both warehouses. Each shipment will reflect the appropriate shipping charges listed on the chart below, dependent upon the part's value in each shipment.
Exceptional Handling
Items that are very long, big, heavy, fragile or hazardous can be difficult and costly to handle, correctly package and deliver. Certain items carry an additional charge to help cover exceptional costs and carrier surcharges. The charges are a flat fee for each piece and are added to the order total. Items with these charges are indicated by the Exceptional Handling icon.

Foreign Orders (Includes Canada)
- Canadian Customers: The United States Postal Service is no longer offering ground service to Canada. In order to minimize your shipping charges please choose from UPS Ground (faster shipping, more expensive and they charge brokerage or USPS Air - shipping may take 1-4 weeks and package tracking information is not available).
- First-Time foreign orders over $1,000 need to be paid by wire transfer.
- Shipping costs for foreign orders are based on the actual cost to ship the package.
- Shipping quotes on orders of $100 or more can be provided upon request.
- All foreign broker charges, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer (make sure to understand your government's importation regulations).
- Foreign orders must be paid with a credit card.

Guaranteed Air Delivery Service (48 States)
- Guaranteed Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and 2nd Day Delivery available.
- Next Day Air and Next Day Air Saver orders must be pre-paid by VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, or Discover.
- Moss guarantees that orders received before 3:00 p.m. your local time will arrive on time (barring weather problems or "Acts of God"), or shipping and handling charges will be refunded.
- Next Day Air is guaranteed to be delivered by 10:30 am, noon or the end of the day, the day after shipping, depending on destination.
- Next Day Air Saver is guaranteed to be delivered by the end of the day, the day after shipping.
- 2nd Day Delivery is guaranteed to be delivered by the end of the day, on the second business day after shipping.
- Rates apply to orders with a real (or dimensional) weight of 50 pounds or less. If over this amount we will contact you with your shipping options.
- Saturday Delivery: Next day delivery orders placed on Friday and 2nd Day orders placed on Thursday for Saturday Delivery will be charged an additional $15.00. Saturday delivery does not apply to Next Day Air Saver and is not available in all areas.
- A.P.O., F.P.O. and P.O. Box orders are not guaranteed and will be shipped Parcel Post.

When Your Order Arrives: Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform a Moss Motors customer service representative at 1-800-689-9313. You must make claims for damage during shipping to Moss Motors within 3 days. Keep original box and packing material. If your order was shipped truck freight, note damage on the bill of lading when signing the delivery receipt. If there is any other question about your order, contact customer service within 10 days.
Installing Accessories: Accessories in general are test fit to a stock vehicle. It is impossible to say for sure that any product will fit a specific combination of accessories/modifications without test fitting them all together. Some vendors provide information about combinations that work (or don't work) together, but most do not. Some combinations of accessories are likely to be purchased together - a throttle body spacer and aftermarket intake for example- and we will test fit those ourselves to make sure the items will work together. If you have modifications or other accessories relating to the same part of your vehicle as the accessory you’re about to install, it is recommended that you carefully test fit before final installation. In addition, check for adequate spacing around any moving parts such as drive shaft, tires (including turning them from lock to lock), fan belt and so on.
Warranty: All products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship by the original equipment manufacturer or Moss Motors, Ltd., for 12 months from the date of shipment.
We will replace the product or refund your purchase price at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover labor, failure of a related component, failure resulting from faulty installation, nor would the liability of Moss Motors exceed the cost of the original component.
Returns: You may return new and uninstalled products in resalable condition for a full refund excluding shipping and handling charges for up to 6 months from date of invoice. Returns over 6 months, but less than 12 months will be charged a 10% restocking fee to cover our processing costs, in-house credit will be given on account usable on future orders. We reserve the right to charge up to 20% when no invoice is supplied and/or there is substantial work involved to process your return back into stock. Items over 12 months old are not returnable. Please remember to always inspect the parts upon receipt of your order to avoid any difficulties later on. To return a part follow the instructions printed on the back of the invoice. Make sure to package the products carefully to avoid damage during return and include all original packaging and a copy of the invoice. Refunds will not be issued for installed, damaged, incomplete, "Custom" or "Special Order" items. If a return is due to our error, we will reimburse reasonable freight charges. Backorders, United States: Occasionally, we are out of stock on some items. If you have already received items from your original order we will ship any backordered items free of shipping charges. Each backorder shipment will carry a handling charge of $1.29 per $25 of value. You may request “No Backorders” or cancel backorders at any time prior to shipping.
Backorders, All Others: Moss Motors does not backorder items for places outside the United States. If you have questions regarding this, please contact your sales representative.
Direct Ship Items: Actual shipping charges apply. Free shipping does not apply. Upon receipt of your order, and before signing for their release, inspect items thoroughly for damage. Damage claims must be made with the shipper at the time of delivery. Manufacturers will not accept items for return that have been installed, painted or in not new condition. Credits or exchanges can't be issued for incomplete returns, 'Custom' or 'Special Order' items.
