I am sending this letter because, having worked in a retail customer service oriented business it seems that all you ever here is the bad and good experiences are ignored or expected. I have ordered several moderately priced interior upgrade items from your website. Some of the items include:
center arm rest, door side armrests (attach around door pull with velcro), leather door pull covers, center pillar leather covered pad and leather steering wheel cover. Although the items are not outrageously expensive they are not exactly cheap either.
The reason for my contacting you is to let you know of my extreme delight with all of the products I have received from your company. Everything is exactly what it is advertised to be, is of high quality and either fits or functions just like it is supposed to without having to be modified or rigged in some fashion to make the product work. It is also obvious that the items are tailored specifically to the Mini and are installed with ease by following the included directions.
As I stated above I work in the retail customer service industry and I know that if anything is ever wrong the customer will let you know, and it is not always done in a polite manner. Whereas a good experience is just expected and no positive feedback is ever given. So basically "job well done" and please continue to offer good products at a reasonable price.

I just had to write. I have a 1993 Mazda Miata that is in excellent condition and it is my little baby. I am always tinkering with improvements and one thing that still needed improvement were the original seats. While they were still in pretty good shape they were beginning to show their age with wear. I looked into getting some decent seat covers and even considered getting new upholstery at a local shop. Most options were going to be quite costly. I had seen several different seat cover options in various Miata accessory catalogs including your products but was unsure of the quality and fit I could really expect. I didn't want something that looked sloppy.
Well I took a chance and ordered a pair of your black and grey neoprene covers thru Moss Motors and just received them on Friday. I live in the mountains where it freezes every night and we are still waiting for the snow to melt. Due to the weather my Miata is in storage "down the hill" some 20 miles away. I decided that today (Saturday) I was going to attempt to install the seat covers. I went down the hill, pulled my seats out of the car and brought them home to do the work where I anticipated I would spend most of the day and night installing them. I also bought some spray adhesive that I intended to use to assure a nice tight and neat fit. After all these are just "seat covers".
Much to my surprise these covers fit beautifully without any additional assistance or adhesives. I have to emphasize it better... I was shocked at the fit and appearance these seat covers had. After about an hour both seats were covered and looked super! I couldn't wait to go back down the hill and install the seats back in the car. I went back immediately and after they were installed the car looks brand new. What a fantastic, quality product you have. You have my sincere thanks for providing a quality and affordable product. I intend to tell all my friends that you are the source for seat covers for their cars.

Just to let you know your parts are very easy to install. Workmanship on parts is excellent. I have never seen faster shipping in my life. I ordered parts at noon,(EST) and got the parts the next afternoon. 26 hours after ordering. A very satisfied customer.
